Ahler's 7/2024 Update.

We have implemented the changes to Ahler for those Clinic Visit Records beginning July 1st.

The process will be the same, except for a few selections.

1. When editing an Ahler's record, a dropdown menu in the top RibbonBar now allows you to toggle between the older and new versions.

2. When exporting the data to submit to Ahlers, a new Export Type creates the new format.

   

NOTES

Observations entered into the Encounter BEFORE the Assessment is created will carry over to the Visit Record: Height, Weight, Systolic BP, Diastolic BP, and Smoking Status.

The field "Primary Contraceptive Method before the Visit" is used differently than previous versions.

Gender Identity & Sexual Orientation will populate from the Patient's Demographics.

The old format will be accepted until July 15.  All files exported on or after July 16 must be in the new format.
