Availity Clearinghouse Availability

As we wait for Change Healthcare to resolve the impact of its cyber attack, we have made the Availity EDI Format available on all PatTrac 2.0 installations.

For agencies that do not currently have an Availity account, you can create one using the following link.

Portal Entry (availity.com)

To create claims formatted for Availity you will need to do the following;

  1. Change the EDI Format for each Payer you want to create claim file to the "Availity - Professional" dropdown option.

  2. You will need to verify the Payer ID against the Availity Payer List which is available here.

  3. After you Create the EDI fille the file will be saved to you Documents directory. You will need to login to the Availity Portal and upload the recently create Claim File.
