Starting Monday, December 23, claims created for Optum BH will automatically transfer to Optum iEDI without the need to upload. We will make the necessary changes to your installation over the weekend. You can check claim statuses on Optum's iEDI Web Portal.
You must still use Carelon's Provider Connect web portal to submit and retrieve authorizations.
