Change Healthcare Update

Change Healthcare has made progress in provisioning our account using their Optum iEDI Portal, but it is not entirely functional.

All agencies have had their EDI Formats updated to use the new Optum iEDI portal to submit claims.

Claims are being sent to the new service when you Create EDI on a Claim Batch.

To receive reports and acknowledgements from Optum iEDI you will need to go to Biiling->EDI Acknowledgements and click the Get Optum Reports button. This process will eventually be removed when we are fully provisioned and appear automatically.

Users should continue checking their https://optumprovider.optum.com account to see if it has been provisioned.

If you do not yet have an account, please register for one using the "Create One Healthcare ID" option on that login screen.
