Encounter Diagnosis option in Program Maintenance

If a program will be Billing based on the Encounter Diagnosis, there is now an option to enable this in Program Maintenance. You will no longer need to enable it for each Claims Batch created. This will also affect the way Diagnosis Codes are displayed in an Encounter.
