Optum (Change Healthcare/Emdeon) Cyber Attack - UPDATE

Change Healthcare continues to be down for most of its services. You can monitor these services on;

There are a couple of things you should be aware of;

1. PatTrac does NOT have a direct connection to Change Healthcare services. Many large healthcare systems do have a direct connection and much of the media reports suggesting disconnecting from them are referencing those with direct, always on, connections. We do not connect to them in this way.

2. For agencies with Availity accounts, if you wish to send your claims through them, please let us know. We can create an EDI Format on your installation so that you can create EDI Claim files compatible with them. Please submit a support ticket to support@pattrac.info to get this started.
