PatTrac 2.0  |  System Update Notice

Effective: Week of May 18, 2025

We are pleased to announce an important update to PatTrac 2.0, rolling out the week of May 18th. This update includes security enhancements, role alignment with PatTrac 3.0, and improvements designed to make your transition to PatTrac 3.0 smoother. Please review the details below carefully.

Password Reset Required

As part of this update, all users will be required to reset their passwords. Passwords will now be secured using a strong, modern encryption method to better protect your account and patient data.

User & Roles Alignment with PatTrac 3.0

This update aligns the User and Roles structure in PatTrac 2.0 to match what is currently in use in PatTrac 3.0. The benefits of this alignment include:

•       Easier migration from PatTrac 2.0 to PatTrac 3.0

•       The ability to use PatTrac 2.0 and PatTrac 3.0 simultaneously

Important Notice: Role Configuration

Any Roles currently using the older Menu Option Disabling or Action Item Disabling features will not be automatically converted during this update.

This functionality will remain available in the updated PatTrac 2.0, but these configurations will need to be recreated after the update. Fortunately, only a small number of agencies are currently using this feature.
