NEW Error Reporting

All installations of PatTrac and TranTrac have been upgraded to a new Error Reporting System. Users may notice a new dialog box that displays when an error is thrown. Although users can still report errors in a Ticket, you do not need to include that actual error message only if you can supply in the ticket the username or email address of the individual receiving the error and the approximate time the error was generated. It is important to note in that ticket what the user was actually working on when they received the ticket.

NEW Application Versioning

All installations of PatTrac and TranTrac have been updated to use a new versioning scheme. This should help us determine if a user may not be running the most recent version of the applications.
