Clinic

• Added a DocStar link to Outbreak Investigations using the State's Outbreak ID. The DocStar link can be configured under Agency Maintenance.

• Added a reference to a Purchase Order under Purchase of Care Services of the Admission Encounter Activity.

• When creating a Clinic Schedule of Available Appointments, the Appointment Type description will not be included in the Appointment Subject field to easily see what Type of Appointment has been made available.

• We have added a MAR tab to the Patient's Admission screen to accommodate those Agencies serving inpatient Clients.

• Added a Barcode field to the Clinic Inventory Lots to be used with the new MARs function.

• We have added a new Status to Assessments called "Refused".

Billing

• The CCU Adjustment File will now include the CCU Agency Identifier defined in Agency Maintenance. Note: This differs from the Agency No defined in Agency Maintenance used in the CCU Referral File.

• The CCU Adjustment File requires the CCU Identifier for a Patient. This is entered into Patient Identifiers. Please ensure that your CCU Account # Identifier Type has "CCU" entered into the Reporting Value and Application Code for the Field Code Value.

• We have also included the Patient Identifiers in the Patient's Billing view.

• For those not already aware, last spring we implemented Admission Estimates to adhere to the "No Surprise Act" that went into effect on Jan 1, 2022. This option allows you to create "Good Faith Estimates" to be distributed to Patients. Users will need permission to AdmissionEstimate and AdmissionEstimateItems in their appropriate roles.

Environmental Health

• Rabies Vaccinations now include a Veterinarian field to populate for those Agencies that switch between different Veterinarians on different Clinic days.

• The Environmental Health Options screen now allows you to select the Default Veterinarian for all subsequent records entered under Rabies Vaccinations.

• You can now attach a Signature to a Rolodex record. This can be used to print Rabies Vaccination Certificates with the assigned veterinarian.
