Vital Records

We will no longer include the Fiscal Year as a part of the generated Receipt numbers for both Birth and Death Receipts. You can still maintain the values (Numerator) in Administration->Advanced->Numerator Values.

Clinic

For Encounter Types flagged as "Include Immunizations", the Encounter will now display the VFC Eligibility from the Patient's record and use that value when using the "Add Immunization" button.

Encounter Types can now be flagged to "Include Consents". This will display the Consents added to the current Admission for quickly reviewing or adding new consents.

We have added a new "Preview Narrative" button that will show the Narrative based on the currently entered data without updating the current Clinic Note.

We have added a new "PHQ4" assessment type. You can you Form Code "PHQ4" to utilize this assessment.

We have added a new "SDOH Screening" assessment type. You can use Form Code "SDOHScreening" to utilize this assessment.

Application

We have updated the underlying controls to version 22.1.5.

We have fixed a bug in the skins "WXI" and "WXI Compact" that were not applying appearance rules to read-only fields.
